At the moment, we are
working on more than 50 new items for release this year, so keep
your eye on this page for updates. We encourage our existing customers
to order items that we do not currently carry but would fit into
the theme of our line. When we receive such orders, we are usually
willing to wave the minimum order requirements and carry the extra
stock ourselves. This is just another example of the 'Genius'
commitment to customer service. |
Our
R&D department is always looking for ways to not only find suitable
new products, but to increase the quality and usability of the existing
tools. Although our return rate is significantly lower than industry norms,
whenever we do get a return, it is inspected thoroughly and an extensive
report is made on how the damage was caused and how it could have been avoided
with possible modifications to the design or manufacture of the product.
These reports are reviewed each time an item is scheduled for production,
and if it is determined that any changes are advisable they are implemented
at that time. The list below are the latest additions to our product
